The highway will adopts expressway standard of plain and low hills. It is 303. 42 km in length using all -- close -- type and flyover junction, subgrade width is 26 meters into four lanes, surface of cement concrete.

Places along the exressway are of low hills with good gelolgical conditions; vlume of stone and eathwork is not big and construction materials are adequate.
